Here are some Dementia Coaching Options. Choose the option that's right for you and your family.

Dementia Coaching Basic** - $375

Dementia situations are often complex with multiple problems and solutions that must be identified. The 3 hour Dementia Coaching Basics package may be right for you if you and your family are in agreement that multiple issues need to be discussed and you are ready to design an eldercare action plan.

Coaching is delivered by phone, email or online chat. In person coaching is an option for families in the San Francisco Bay area.

Dementia Coaching Intensive** - $600

Complex medical situations or complicated family relationships require time to discuss issues, build consensus and create an eldercare plan to move forward.

The 6 hour Dementia Coaching Intensive package may be right for you and your family if you are having trouble agreeing on next steps to help your relative or have already made a long term caregiving commitment to your relative and are coping with the effects of caregiver burnout and require ongoing coaching support.

Coaching is delivered by phone, email or online chat. In person coaching is an option for families in the San Francisco Bay area.

**Any unused portion of these plans can be banked for up to one year.

Dementia Coaching ala Carte - $150 per hour

Work with Janice individually or as a family group to deal with a specific issues such as coping with a new diagnosis, planning a transition to senior housing or resolving conflicts between siblings.
